I’ve been doing so much healing over the last several years. And one of the things that is still the heaviest lifting for me is kindness to myself. Giving my self grace that I am trying, that I am doing my best, that I am human.

Cypress: can be used in rites of passage, or ceremonies of remembrance. It is protective and dispels bad energies. Very grounding and aids concentration & self-discipline. It can assist spiritual understanding of the laws of existence and the cycles of time.
Blue Lace Agate: A great healing stone. Soft, cooling, calming energy that brings peace of mind. Very effective for activating and healing the throat chakra. Highly nurturing and supportive.
The candles were cured under the full moon and alongside Rose Quartz. The stone of unconditional love and infinite peace. Purifies and opens the heart at all levels.
