My experience of interacting with myself with more kindness and grace has given me room to start removing what isn’t working from my life. And in that space I’ve been thinking about what it is that I want to plant in this newly cleared space.
And what comes back to me again and again is joy. Joy as an act of rebellion. Joy is what keeps it all turning when nothing makes sense. Learning what brings you joy can be a deeply liberating experience.
I hope these candles will remind you that in any moment you have an opportunity to cultivate what brings you joy!
