I created these mugs as a centering practice for when life or your body is throwing you for a loop. My intention is that you can use this mug whenever you are struggling for any reason to remind you you are not alone and that you deserve love and support.

The idea with these mugs is to use them when you are struggling with anything really - but in particular on your period. I have been developing these for many years now and have made many iterations. But these are my favorite so it seemed like time to share them.
It’s been truly transformative for me to be on my period, feeling upset/tired/etc and then to look down and see the mug and have the gentle reminder that I’m on my period and I need to be kinder to myself.
