Custom Orders: Two Ways
STANDARD CUSTOM
Standard customs are pretty straightforward. Saw an item you liked but want it in a different glaze color? There’s an order form for that! Simply select the Custom Listing for the item you are interested in, and select your preferred design details from the drop-down order menu. Nearly every type of item in the shop can be ordered with a different glaze color or glaze design.
Please refer to the Glaze Color Key below to see what glaze colors and mug shapes are available. Turnaround time for Standard Custom Orders is typically up to 4 weeks.
SPECIAL CUSTOM
Special customs are more specific and fall outside of my standard portfolio either with a totally different design specification or higher quantities for group events like bridal showers, weddings, baby showers, birthdays etc. To start the order process, please fill out the form linked below with the details for your idea. Turnaround time for Special Customs will vary based on each specific order and may take up to 8 weeks unless a specific event date has been discussed and agreed upon. Please note a 25% deposit is required for all Special Custom Orders with balance due prior to shipping.
